Karla was great to work with. If I ever had any questions or concerns, she was quick to respond, and always took care of my needs. Not too long after I was in my new home (less than one year), I noticed my roof was leaking into my garage. It was upsetting to me; however, she got right on it, and had the roofer come out to inspect and repair. The issue had to do with a valley in the roof (which is a common problem with valleys), and I haven't had any further issues with it. I would highly recommend her.

Originally from Crockett County, I spent my school years in Jackson and graduated from University School of Jackson before attending University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I earned a degree in Marketing with a collateral in Human Resource Management and a minor in Communication Studies.

Growing up, I was always involved in sports, with basketball being my main focus and something I truly excelled in during my time at USJ. That competitive mindset and team-first mentality still carries over into who I am today.

At home, my favorite sidekick is Kane, my 8-year-old pitbull/staffy mix. He’s a rescue and truly just a big ole baby who loves attention, comfort, and being wherever I am.

Eliza was amazing during the process of buying our new home. She is incredibly organized and helped us keep up with everything we had to do. She was prompt with her responses and also with getting information for us when we asked. She is extremely professional and represented us well when corresponding with the other realtors and anyone else we had to work with for things. I know that without her help, this would have been a much more stressful experience. I am thankful for her!

I am hearing impaired and searched for a realtor who was willing to work with me via text/email only. Eliza was the only one and she has been FANTASTIC. Not only has she made sure to communicate with me but her expertise and knowledge has been terrific. Additionally, she is personable, friendly, and professional all at the same time. She never gave up on finding me the right home and it's been over a 2 year search. My highest recommendation.
